I was expecting Allyson to run down stairs to see the presents but she wanted to put her pretty dress on first. Then the reaction was like I knew the bike would be here, Santa told me. Gammie, Opa, and Papa came and we had a nice lunch. (missed you Nana). We all loved our presents, and had a nice day! Can't believe it is over so fast.

Christmas Cookies!
Grandma, Grandpa Rounds and Chrissy (exchange student from Germany) brought lots of stuff to make yummy cookies. Chrissy used her German recipes for some and we made sugar cookies and gingerbread men. We all decorated some! Thanks Grandma and Chrissy. I froze some so we will enjoy them again on Christmas day.
Winter Wonderland
This was our second year driving around looking at the lights at the Portland Racetrack. The girls sat in the back with Chrissy and I. Allyson loved it yet again but Abi had more fun walking around the van and playing in my purse. My favorite part was the free peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks!

Allyson's first hair cut.
Ok mom I'm ready.
The shaping of the bangs.
Holding very still and not looking away from the mirror.
I know I look good!

catch a snowflake
The girls ran outside to catch the first snowflakes. It was pretty funny. I don't think Abi really got the point besides standing outside in the cold and sticking your tongue out! The snow didn't stick but Allyson is prepared with hats, gloves, etc. for that snowman.
